BrewJoy Coffee ("BrewJoy," "we," "us") provides mobile coffee bar catering across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. We operate as a mobile, service-area business and do not maintain a public retail location. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit our booking inquiry form, we collect the details you provide:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Event details: date, location or venue, guest count, event type, service duration, bar selection, menu add-ons, and any notes you include
If you contact us directly by phone, text, or email, we receive the information you choose to share. This website does not require an account and does not collect payment information.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a custom proposal
- To plan, coordinate, and deliver catering services you book
- To follow up about your event or inquiry
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your form data is delivered
Our booking form is delivered using FormSubmit, a form-relay service that transmits your submission to our business email inbox. FormSubmit processes your submission solely to deliver it to us. Email delivery and storage is provided by Google (Gmail).
Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement
This site may use Google measurement tools (such as the Google tag for Google Ads conversion tracking and analytics) to understand how visitors find and use our site — for example, to know that an inquiry came from an ad. These tools may set cookies or collect device identifiers. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles of you, and we honor applicable opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. The site also loads embedded content (such as our Instagram feed) and fonts from third parties (Instagram/Meta, Google Fonts), which may receive standard technical data such as your IP address when that content loads.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and booking correspondence for as long as needed to serve your event and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which it may be deleted. You can ask us to delete your inquiry details at any time.

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and similar state laws in Nevada and elsewhere), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information
